WNTD is supporting one of the most ambitious AI infrastructure programmes in the market today. This work involves building sovereign scale AI infrastructure, next generation data centres and high density GPU environments across EMEA. The programme is setting new standards in power, compute and operational scale, and requires exceptional talent to deliver at pace.
About The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work directly with the end client full time, supporting the large scale build out of Data Centre Operations, engineering teams and key corporate functions across EMEA. This role is central to building the technical and operational workforce required for high performance, mission critical AI infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Manage full cycle recruitment for data centre operations, facilities, engineering and corporate support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines and sourcing strategies
- Build and manage high volume pipelines for operational and technical teams
- Lead targeted searches for mid to senior level technical, specialist and leadership roles
- Build diverse talent pools through proactive sourcing, mapping and passive candidate engagement
- Collaborate with HR, workforce planning and leadership teams to align on headcount and hiring processes
- Track, report and communicate hiring progress, providing clear metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure all activity complies with UK and EMEA employment regulations and company policies
Who You Are
- 5 plus years of experience in talent acquisition, covering both high volume and technical or corporate roles
- Strong hiring experience across EMEA, ideally within technology, cloud, AI infrastructure or data centre environments
- Able to manage multiple requisitions across varied disciplines and geographic regions
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and other modern tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of UK and EMEA employment practices and compliance
- A proactive, organised and self‑driven TA professional who thrives in fast‑moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for data centre operations, engineering or facilities roles
- Background working in a scaling technology or high growth infrastructure organisation
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor
