Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Onsite Location: W1T 4QJ

Work alongside two founders building one of Europe's most ambitious AI infrastructure businesses.

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a fast-growing, venture-backed technology business.

This is not a traditional EA role.

You'll work directly with both Co-Founders, acting as a trusted partner who enables them to operate at maximum effectiveness while helping build the operational foundations of a business scaling at pace.

We're looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys working at the centre of a growing organisation. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, solve problems independently and bring structure to an environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Alongside providing world-class executive support, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring employees, candidates, investors and visitors experience a professional, organised and welcoming workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to both Co-Founders.
  • Manage complex and constantly changing diaries, meetings and priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Organise board meetings, leadership sessions and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas and executive briefing packs.
  • Track actions and ensure key follow-ups are completed.
  • Manage confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.
  • Manage office suppliers, facilities and workplace services.
  • Coordinate company events, off-sites and team activities.
  • Support onboarding and workplace logistics for new employees.
  • Help improve internal processes as the business continues to scale.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience supporting founders, C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup, scale-up or fast-paced business.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding judgement, professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly proactive—you naturally think ahead and solve problems before they arise.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience coordinating complex international travel and executive schedules.
  • Confident working independently with minimal direction.
  • Positive, resilient and naturally solutions-focused.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Europe's fastest-growing AI infrastructure businesses.

You'll work alongside an ambitious leadership team, gain exposure to every part of the organisation and help shape how the business operates as it scales internationally.

If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you'll have genuine ownership and where your impact will be visible from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
