Overview
We are commencing a major business project to upgrade and optimise an enterprise Wrike platform (Wrike Enterprise Pinnacle, including Wrike Integrate/Workato). We are seeking a senior contractor to act as the Wrike Enterprise Deployment Lead, owning delivery end-to-end. This role will sit at the intersection of the business, Wrike Professional Services, and internal technical teams, ensuring a successful deployment, adoption, and optimisation of the platform. Note: This role does not require GPU deployment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the overall delivery lead for the Wrike Enterprise deployment
- Own the engagement end-to-end, from discovery through to post-launch optimisation
- Lead and coordinate across business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and vendor professional services
- Drive platform configuration, governance, and adoption best practices
- Design effective work management operating models
- Lead discovery workshops, UAT, go-live activities, and continuous improvement post-launch
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise systems and tooling, including configuration, governance, and user adoption
- Strong understanding of work management platforms and operating model design
- Experience working closely with vendor professional services teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, UAT, go-live, and post-launch optimisation phases
Desirable (but not essential)
- Exposure to Wrike Integrate/Workato
- Experience with SaaS integrations and automation platforms
- Prior hands-on Wrike Enterprise deployment experience or comparable platforms
