We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Support Engineer with specialized expertise in multicast and WAN technologies to join our dynamic and fast-paced network operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, troubleshooting, and supporting large-scale multicast and WAN (BGP, L3/L2VPN, VRF) networks. This role will focus on the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of complex multicast and WAN environments to ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security for our clients. The Network Support Engineer will collaborate with network operations, and service teams to provide in-depth technical support and guidance for all multicast- and WAN-related issues and implementations. This position requires a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of multicast protocols, WAN infrastructure, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: WAN Operations & Troubleshooting: Support, and troubleshoot WAN services, including BGP, L3VPN, L2VPN, and VRF configurations across multiple service providers and customer environments. Ensure network stability and performance for MPLS, VPLS, and other L2/L3 WAN services, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
