We are building a new class of AI infrastructure, beyond traditional cloud and general data centre models.
What you will do:
- Own end to end hiring across data centre operations, AI infrastructure delivery and critical facilities.
- Build talent pipelines for data centre technicians, rack and stack technicians, GPU hardware support, critical facilities engineers, network support, logistics, inventory and mechanical and electrical support.
- Partner with senior leadership to convert delivery plans into clear hiring roadmaps.
- Support hiring for teams operating in live data centre and AI factory environments.
- Map talent across Europe and the US, including hyperscalers, data centre operators, GPU infrastructure businesses, critical facilities environments and mission critical infrastructure companies.
- Provide market insight on talent availability, competitor hiring, compensation and candidate movement.
- Maintain pace, quality and candidate experience across multiple live hiring workstreams.
What we are looking for:
- Direct experience recruiting into data centre, critical facilities, GPU infrastructure or mission critical environments.
- Strong understanding of live data centre operations and the talent required to support deployment and ongoing site operations.
- Experience hiring roles across site operations, rack and stack, GPU hardware support, critical facilities, network support, logistics, inventory and mechanical or electrical support.
- Strong sourcing ability across passive talent markets.
- Comfortable working with senior infrastructure, operations and delivery stakeholders.
- Able to work at pace in an early stage, high growth environment.
This role requires direct experience in data centre infrastructure hiring. General software, product, data, AI research, corporate or general technology recruitment experience alone will not be suitable.
