Job Title: IT & Telco Sales Executive (Spanish Speaking) – Account Management & New Business

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the IT and telecommunications sector to manage a 50/50 split of account management and new business development. This role involves managing a portfolio of 20 billing customers while also identifying and securing new opportunities within the sector.
Fluency in Spanish is essential, as you will engage with Spanish-speaking clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Account Management (50%)
- Manage and grow 20 existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, support, and product teams) to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
🔹 New Business Development (50%)
- Proactively hunt for new opportunities, targeting mid-market and enterprise-level businesses.
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Present tailored IT and telco solutions to prospective customers, demonstrating value and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Key Requirements:
Experience in IT & Telecoms Sales – Proven track record in B2B sales, managing and growing accounts while securing new business.
Spanish Fluency – Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently to engage with clients and partners in Spanish-speaking regions.
Sales Ability – Strong ability to develop relationships, handle objections, and negotiate contracts.
Industry Knowledge – Understanding of IT, cloud, networking, telecoms, and connectivity solutions.
Self-Starter – Proactive and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical buyers.
