Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager with direct experience in Dynatrace platform rollouts to lead the end-to-end deployment of our new observability and AI Ops platform. This role is at the heart of a major enterprise-wide IT transformation initiative focused on enhancing system visibility, improving reliability, and accelerating incident resolution.
You will take full ownership of the Dynatrace implementation, overseeing all aspects of planning, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise change management. You will play a key role in ensuring that Dynatrace becomes deeply embedded across infrastructure and engineering teams, enabling proactive monitoring and driving a culture of data-informed operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full Dynatrace rollout lifecycle across the enterprise – from initial planning and integration through to adoption and business value realisation.
- Define and manage the programme roadmap specific to Dynatrace implementation, aligning timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to ensure Dynatrace deployment is technically sound and aligned with operational needs.
- Drive enterprise change management, supporting teams through process shifts, cultural changes, and platform onboarding.
- Establish clear governance, progress tracking, and reporting processes to maintain visibility and ensure value delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynatrace and associated vendors, managing expectations, service levels, and technical deliverables.
- Facilitate communication with executive stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency throughout the programme.
- Develop KPIs and reporting structures to track platform usage, incident reduction, and operational improvements.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience deploying Dynatrace in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Expertise in managing large-scale change programmes, especially those involving IT tooling or observability transformation.
- Background in IT infrastructure, enterprise operations, or DevOps.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Certifications
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of SRE practices and/or ITSM frameworks.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is a plus.
