This is a senior regional leadership role with broad scope and significant autonomy. The successful candidate will lead the EMEA business across multiple AI and software-led business units, owning strategy, go to market execution, revenue growth, customer engagement, and regional leadership. The group delivers large scale GPU cloud infrastructure alongside AI software and platform services, supporting AI first software companies, enterprises, and advanced research organisations. This is not traditional enterprise IT. It is a deeply technical, product‑led AI platform environment.
The role:
- Lead and execute the EMEA strategy across a portfolio of AI cloud and software platforms
- Own regional performance, including revenue growth and market expansion
- Build, lead, and develop senior cross‑functional teams across the sales function
- Provide leadership and alignment across multiple AI and software business units in the region
- Act as the senior representative for the group with customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Engage directly with executive and technical buyers across AI ML platforms, MLOps, and advanced workloads
- Partner closely with the CRO to shape strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Build a regional organisation capable of supporting long‑term growth across Europe and beyond
What we are looking for:
- Senior commercial leadership experience at VP or SVP level within AI, cloud, or advanced software organisations
- Proven track record leading enterprise sales and revenue growth across complex, multi‑product or multi‑business environments
- Strong understanding of AI and cloud platforms, with the ability to engage credibly with technical buyers and senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in high‑growth, founder‑led or hyperscaler‑style organisations
- Global operating experience, ideally across Europe and the Middle East
- Clear potential to take on broader regional or international commercial leadership responsibility over time
