WNTD is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end new hire journey across a globally growing tech business.

You’ll coordinate with People Operations, IT and Hiring Managers to deliver a structured Day One experience and a scalable onboarding programme.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will manage pre-boarding, 30/60/90-day plans and data accuracy in HRIS, continuously improving onboarding through feedback and metrics.

Hybrid work and equity participation are offered.
