WNTD is acting as the embedded talent partner to a large scale, AI native cloud and infrastructure platform operating at hyperscale. The business has been built specifically to support advanced AI workloads and is now expanding rapidly across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It sits at the centre of enterprise AI adoption, sovereign infrastructure programmes and national scale compute initiatives.
The Opportunity
This is the most senior commercial role for EMEA. Reporting into the global revenue leadership team, this individual will own regional strategy, revenue growth and go to market execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will act as the senior commercial executive in region, with responsibility for building and scaling all customer facing functions. This includes direct sales, solutions architecture, strategic partnerships and executive level customer engagement across enterprise, AI native businesses, research institutions and public sector organisations. The role is deeply tied to sovereign AI, regulated markets and long term national infrastructure planning, particularly across Europe and the Middle East.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Owning EMEA commercial strategy and revenue delivery
- Building and leading senior sales and solutions architecture teams across multiple countries
- Driving large scale enterprise and hyperscale customer growth
- Leading executive level relationships with boards, C suites and government stakeholders
- Supporting sovereign and national AI infrastructure programmes
- Developing vertical strategies across financial services, healthcare, automotive, energy and media
- Building a partner ecosystem with systems integrators and consultancies
- Working closely with product, engineering, legal and finance teams on regional execution
Who This Will Suit

- 15 plus years in senior technology, cloud or infrastructure leadership roles
- Strong experience owning EMEA regions with multi country responsibility
- Proven track record scaling complex platform businesses beyond $100m ARR
- Background selling infrastructure platforms rather than point solutions
- Comfortable operating in regulated, government aligned and politically sensitive environments
- Able to attract, hire and lead senior commercial and technical leaders
- Technically credible across cloud infrastructure and AI platforms
