The Opportunity:

We are in search of an aspiring and energetic individual to join a successful team in Bromley, Southeast London. As a member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team and working initially in a 180-candidate focussed capacity with a view to becoming a fully fledged 360 consultant.

You will:

  • Be issued with job descriptions, both contract and/or permanent, and will be given a full briefing by the Talent Solutions Lead in terms of what is required for the client, and from you.
  • Need to identify the best profiles available which will be achieved in a multitude of ways.
  • Advertise vacancies where appropriate and manage candidate response.
  • Go in search of passive candidates and obtain referrals that are suited for each live vacancy you are responsible for.
  • Spot candidate market mapping opportunities from potential competitors.
  • Create social media content to develop inbound enquiries and talent pools.
  • Arrange and conduct telephone and/or face-to-face screenings.
  • Ensure all candidates are kept well informed at each stage of their application and promote a pleasant candidate experience.

Above all, you will be kept busy, but this comes with reward and job satisfaction.

In summary the successful candidate will:

  • Have 12 - 18 months' experience working in a recruitment function.
  • Be a self-driven individual with personal goals and have the motivation to meet targets and exhibit a desire for self-development.
  • Have an interest in supporting the technology sector.
  • Demonstrate sector awareness and have a thirst for knowledge about the specialist area in which you work.
  • Need to proactively seek to understand your clients' requirements and present tailormade solutions to their needs and ongoing hiring challenges.
  • Have a customer-orientated mindset is a prerequisite and you must be able to offer an exemplary service to our customers and be able to adapt your communication style to the audience.
  • Be a good and confident communicator, and have an eye for detail.
  • Have the competence and desire to forge excellent working and long-term relationships.
  • Be organised and have a positive mindset with the aptitude to learn.
  • Be proficient using LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools.
  • Above all, be a team player with an industrious mindset and plenty of ambition, just like the rest of us.
