Founding CPO – Europe’s Largest AI Infrastructure Platform
Our partners are building what will become Europe’s most significant AI infrastructure platform, backed by one of the largest AI and infrastructure capital pools ever assembled. This is a once in a generation opportunity to build the product foundation of a sovereign, hyperscale AI platform from day one, with the capital, mandate, and ambition to operate at global scale. The platform is being created from scratch. No legacy. No inherited roadmap.
The Chief Product Officer will define what the product is. The ambition is that Europe has no native hyperscale AI platform. This platform is being built to change that. The goal is to create a long term, institutional AI infrastructure business spanning AI factories, GPU platforms, private and sovereign cloud, and enterprise grade AI services for training and inference at scale. This is not a venture scale experiment. It is a long duration infrastructure play, designed to exist for decades and operate at national and continental scale.
As Founding Chief Product Officer, you will own the entire product vision and execution for the platform. You will turn deep physical and software infrastructure into a clear, differentiated product that customers can easily consume. You will define how compute is packaged, priced, provisioned, orchestrated, and experienced. This is a true zero to one build. You will shape the product strategy, the control plane, the commercial constructs, and the customer experience from the ground up. You will work directly with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and commercial leadership, and with strategic partners across the AI ecosystem.
What you will be responsible for:
- Define and own the end to end product vision, strategy, and roadmap from inception
- Design the core platform offering across AI factories, GPU consumption models, orchestration, and customer experience
- Build the platform control plane covering provisioning, scheduling, observability, lifecycle management, and support
- Translate the needs of AI labs, enterprises, and governments into a scalable, coherent product
- Partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure the product is grounded in real world delivery at scale
- Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial models alongside finance and commercial leadership
- Build and lead the product organisation as the platform scales
- Act as a senior external representative of the product with customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or senior product leader in cloud, compute, edge, or infrastructure platforms
- A track record of building platforms from scratch at meaningful scale
- Deep understanding of hyperscale infrastructure, GPU platforms, and cloud control planes
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, world class products
- Credibility with senior technical teams, enterprise customers, and institutional stakeholders
- A builder mindset with comfort operating at high ambition and high expectation
