Job Description

AWS Dev Tester

Contract: 6 months
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in London, UK)
Industry: Finance (Payments/Banking preferred)
Security Clearance: Required

About the Role

We are looking for an AWS-focused Dev Tester to join our technology team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in automated testing within AWS environments, ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, regulated financial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute automated test scripts for applications deployed on AWS.

  • Work closely with developers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration.

  • Contribute to performance and security testing to meet compliance requirements.

  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Splunk and Dynatrace.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in automated testing within AWS environments.

  • Experience with test frameworks and Scripting (eg, Selenium, JUnit, or similar).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.

  • Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools: Splunk, Dynatrace.

  • Financial services or regulated industry experience is preferred.

  • Security clearance is mandatory.
