We are seeking a results‑driven, analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimisation and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value‑driven solutions, managing client relationships and supporting procurement best practices that align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead procurement consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation.
- Analyse client procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct supplier market research, develop RFP/RFI, perform bid analysis and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
- Provide insights on category management, spend analysis and supplier performance.
- Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures and governance models.
- Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply‑chain consulting.
- Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Consulting experience required.
- German or French language is strongly preferred.
