Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our Energy & Utilities capabilities.

  • Collaborate with business development and solutions teams to support solution design and bid activity.
  • Create partnerships to develop new capabilities for WNS to bring to market.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote Energy & Utilities capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in RPA, AI, ML & NLP solutions; CX management; RFI/RFP; prospect due diligence and transition; Target Operating Model (TOM); project management; digital marketing strategy; training and mentoring projects.
  • Implement digital solutions, data analytics and process excellence initiatives to drive business transformation and operations modernization.
  • Strategic planning and execution: develop and implement capability strategies aligned with the BU's goals; identify and address capability gaps; develop and manage capability frameworks and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management: collaborate with leaders to align capability initiatives with business needs; build and maintain relationships with employees, managers and external partners; communicate the value of capability initiatives.
  • Data analysis and reporting: collect and analyse data to track effectiveness of capability initiatives; prepare reports and presentations; monitor KPIs related to capability development.
