About the Role: We are looking for an accomplished and growth-oriented Senior Vice President – Sales to lead our Analytics sales initiatives across the UK geography, with deep domain focus on the Manufacturing, Retail & CPG (MRC) and/or Hi-Tech Professional Services (HPS) verticals. This role is critical to shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, nurturing C-level relationships, and driving significant revenue growth in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the UK sales strategy for Analytics services, focusing on the MRC and HPS domains.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts across manufacturing, retail, CPG, and hi-tech segments.
- Partner with solutioning, delivery, and marketing teams to craft high-impact value propositions and client-centric proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification through to negotiations, deal closure, and client onboarding.
- Actively engage in thought leadership initiatives, representing the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide market intelligence and domain insights to inform sales strategy and solution development.
- Foster trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including client CXOs and business heads.
Minimum Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience in the B2B services industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven success in selling Analytics services or solutions in the MRC (Manufacturing, Retail & CPG) and HPS (Hi-Tech Professional Services) domains.
- Deep understanding of the UK market with a well-developed network in the target verticals.
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals and exceed multi-million dollar revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling approach, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of domain-led research, analytics, and digital transformation trends in MRC and HPS.
- Ability to align customer pain points with data-driven, insight-led solutions.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and value.
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performance sales teams (if applicable).
