Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional for the role of Senior Vice President - Sales (Insurance, BFSI). This position demands a deep understanding of the P&C, Life & Annuity Insurance Industry, with a focus on Insurance carriers (large/regional), Reinsurers, Agencies, and Brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving business transformation, growth, and development within the insurance sector
- Sourcing, qualifying, strategizing, pitching, and closing large, complex multi-tower BPM deals for WNS
- Conducting thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, including CFOs, GCs, and company advisors
- Overseeing business development initiatives in North America, including monitoring and tracking opportunities
- Delivering compelling presentations to customers, utilizing data from needs analysis to demonstrate WNS's superior value proposition
- Executing sales strategies with precision and purpose to achieve successful outcomes
- Negotiating deals to optimize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
- Providing consistent and accurate forecasts through rigorous pipeline analysis
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives
- Coordinating internal resources effectively to pursue high-value accounts
- Prioritizing and managing selling activities with utmost diligence and timeliness
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of WNS services through ongoing professional development and training
