Job Description

Must for the Role: People with demonstrated BPM (Large deal) sales experience. The candidate needs to be able to convert their deep knowledge into the ability to sell transformation-driven outsourcing.
Consultative Selling is also a must in the role – a blend of Technology & BPM Expert. Help WNS penetrate Large Deals and win New Clients. (Hunting Expertise is mandatory).
The ideal candidate will have a deep domain understanding of Airlines, Hospitality, Cruise & OTA / TMC.
Candidate must have strong cross-functional experience in driving business transformation, growth, and development within these industries. Should be able to drive new business sales for WNS by demonstrating the ability to source, qualify, strategize, pitch and close large/complex multi-tower BPM deals.
- Understanding of Operations and cost structure of the Travel & Leisure industry.
- Domain expertise – Airlines, Hospitality, Cruise & OTA/TMC.
- Strong connections with influencers/key decision-makers across these industries.
- Experience in selling large complex multi-tower BPM services.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in cross-functional selling, with an ability to present oneself professionally at all times.
- A proven track record in consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to create, maintain and continue profitable and growing executive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects as well as with internal resources. Ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization.
- This is a U.K.-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.K.
What will you do:
- Develop, manage, and create the relationship between the organization and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies, at C-levels.
- Actively engage with industry business executives to articulate the attributes of our solutions and offerings as well as understand the industry environment in which they are being offered.
- Drive business development within the region and monitor and track opportunities in Europe.
- Presents to customers a compelling demonstration of the Services/Solutions provided by WNS.
- Closes Sales: Naturally leads the sales process to a close by demonstrating WNS’s superior value proposition.
- Negotiates the Sale: Facilitates successful outcomes to optimize profits.
- Forecasts Sales: Provides consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis.
- Plans Sales Strategy: Plans and executes sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale.
- Optimizes Internal Resources: Gathers internal support to pursue an account.
- Prioritizes selling activities and follows through in a timely fashion.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of WNS services through a commitment to ongoing training.
- Direct the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities for all, or a major portion, of the organization.
