Job Description: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our Energy & Utilities capabilities. Working with the business development and solutions teams to support solution design and bid activity. Creating partnerships to develop new capabilities for WNS to take to market. Working with the marketing team to help promote the E&U capabilities. Expertise on RPA, AI, ML & NLP Solutions, CX Management, RFI / RFP, Prospect due diligence & Transition, Creating TOM, Project Management, Digital marketing strategist, Training, and mentoring projects. Implementing new age Digital solutions, Data Analytics, and Process Excellence initiatives to drive Businesses Transformation and Ops Modernisation.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement capability strategies aligned with the BU's overall goals and vision. Identify and address capability gaps to ensure success. Develop and manage capability frameworks and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to align capability initiatives with business needs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners. Communicate the value of capability initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data to track the effectiveness of capability initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capability development.
