Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Senior Consultative Client Partner who will be a member of the Insurance Business Unit client management team at WNS UK. This person will have responsibility for delivering and owning a high level of governance of insurance client relationships, farming existing accounts, hunting new accounts, and helping win WNS large deals. This is a very strategic role, and having C-level connections will play a pivotal role.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Act in an advisory role with clients and strategize with them on the best course of action in achievement of their outsourcing and business objectives.
- Drive revenue by creating and championing high-value propositions for the client.
- Peer with clients at the executive level to understand their business imperatives and gain their trust to be perceived as part of their extended team.
- Have business oversight of client relationships from all aspects including the account and delivery teams.
- Assist senior management in early identification and articulation of client needs and help articulate WNS views to the clients’ senior management.
- Manage client visits and accompany them to Indian operation centers as required.
- Work knowledge of managing large-scale digital transformation services to clients from onshore and offshore locations, including operational management experience.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of insurance domain and client relationship experience, with at least a few years in a senior capacity ideally with one or more of the following: Insurance (or Financial Services), a knowledge services outsourcing company, or any offshoring or outsourcing company with work experience in financial services.
- A track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, able to create and deliver convincing arguments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, relationship builder, and ability to manage the client relationship process and forecast with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience.
- Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail; solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
