The Senior Vice President - Sales for BFS (Banking & Financial Services) will be responsible for acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets for WNS' services in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate revenue-generating relationships with C-suite executives at targeted firms, while rigorously pursuing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial client communication through contract execution, serving as the primary point of contact for all prospect and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with WNS' presales and delivery teams to ensure proposed offerings align with customers' business and technology requirements, providing comprehensive support during initial engagement phases.
- Conduct market research and competitive positioning analysis in conjunction with regional teams, while adhering to all WNS Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies.
