Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong retail background and proficiency in SQL and Tableau. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects within the retail sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate project updates.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Oversee project documentation and reporting.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis to support project decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track project performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail sector and overall 12+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
