As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our lettings team with an experienced individual who can contribute immediately and help drive the department forward.
WN Properties are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager/Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Shenfield office. This role is primarily focused on residential letting management, although we operate across both sales and lettings as a business. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently managing the lettings process from enquiry through to completion and dealing with complex maintenance and management issues. The successful candidate will also assist with aspects of lettings negotiation from time to time when required. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced lettings professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in the growth of an independent agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings (when required)
- Lettings Administration
- Progressing tenancies
- Management and dealing with property maintenance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Keeping landlords and applicants fully updated throughout the letting process
- Ensuring all lettings comply with current legislation and company procedures
- Assisting with marketing properties and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
Working Hours: Full-time position
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with a proactive and target‑driven attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
