We are looking for an Equality Impact Assessment Manager to help ensure inclusion, fairness and accessibility remain at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you'll lead our framework and governance processes, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure assessments are completed to a high standard and embedded within key projects and business decisions.
You’ll provide guidance, champion best practice, and support teams to understand and address the impact of their activities on customers and colleagues. By driving consistency and robust governance, you’ll help ensure equality considerations are fully integrated into decision-making, particularly for people with protected characteristics.

Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Birmingham, with some travel across our network.
