You will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor workforce requirements, and make recommendations on staffing levels and working practices to support a safe, efficient and high-performing cleaning operation.
Working closely with your team, you will continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across the depot. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will also support cleaning activities as required to help achieve operational goals and deliver an excellent environment for colleagues and customers alike.
