As a mechanic, you will be trusted to plan your time and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard, in a reasonable time frame. Ability to work both as part of a team, and on your own. You will need to be able to use your initiative - our customers rely on our equipment; sometimes you might need to think outside the box to solve the issue.
