Overview
We are seeking 2 Social Workers to join The Adult Neurodiversity Team, supporting adults with neurodivergent conditions including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a strengths-based, person-centred service that promotes independence, wellbeing, and inclusion. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality social care assessments, support planning, and safeguarding interventions, while working closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies.
Qualifications
- Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- Experience working within adult social care
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
- Commitment to strengths-based practice and co-production
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
