Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking a Senior HR Officer to join our team and provide a confidential, proactive HR service across the College and Trust HR function. The postholder will advise managers and staff on employment law, safeguarding, and policy compliance while leading recruitment, attendance management and people development.
37 hours per week (8:30am–4:30pm, with one day 30 minutes less), full year. Closing date noon on 14 September 2026; interviews the week of 21 September 2026.
