Worcestershire County Council is committed to supporting its residents to live healthy and independent lives in their community. Our approach is to offer short-term intensive support to enable individuals to learn how to live their lives as independently as they can and support them to regain independence during the period of support. We focus on what people can do and build on these skills. We will make sure people receive the right support at the right time to help them live independently at home for as long as possible.
This role will involve supporting people with personal care activities so all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be supplied along with weekly covid testing.
Salary: £24,976 - £26,621 pro rata

Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests supporting people throughout the night
- Provide person centred care and support that enables individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes.
- Motivate individuals to carry out day to day activities as independently as possible.
- Travel throughout the County of Worcestershire.
