Citizens Advice Worcester & Herefordshire (Operating as Citizens Advice Worcester) is seeking a Money Management Adviser (Family) for a full-time position (37 hours per week) funded for 12 months with the opportunity for a further 2 years subject to funding. The salary ranges from £28,142 to £28,598 per annum.

Requirements: Clean driving licence and access to own transport essential.
Responsibilities:
- To provide support and advice up to generalist casework level.
- Specifically provide income maximisation, benefits, debt and housing advice and related matters with the provision of a level of ongoing support.
- Working closely with Family Hubs, schools, HAF providers and other family support services.
There is also a part-time position (18.5 hours per week) initially funded until March 2028, with the same salary range (actual pro rata £14,071 - £14,298).
Qualifications: For all roles, we are looking for an individual with recent experience of advice work. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills which meet the person specification.
