Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the Enhanced Mainstream Autism Base (EMAB)
  • Teach a secondary subject to GCSE as part of the bespoke curriculum
  • Provide specialist provision for 12 students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
  • Use individual learning plans to support each student's learning journey

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching students with additional needs
  • Hold or be willing to undertake the NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification
  • Strong behaviour and personal development facilitation skills
