Learning Support Assistant - TA3 Required 1st September 2026
Permanent, 31 hours per week (worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday) Term time only + 5 teacher education days (TEDs).
This position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to provide consistent 1:1 support to an individual student on role at The Beacon EMAB. The nature of this role will be to support the young person with an ASD diagnosis to manage his emotional and sensory regulation in order to access a bespoke mastery curriculum incorporating higher order thinking skills.
You will be working as part of a team and may also be required to support students with particular individual needs who access The Beacon EMAB, this may be one-to-one, or in small groups and also assess, record and report on students' progress.
The salary is paid at Grade TA3, points 7 to 17, £19,430 - £22,830 per annum (£26,403 - £31,022 full time equivalent). Pay award Pending.
