Northwick Manor Primary School is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Hub Lead to shape and run our new Inclusion Hub, delivering targeted teaching and interventions.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team and SENCO to champion inclusive practice, support pupils with additional needs, and coordinate staff across the hub to sustain high standards.
