The school has a significant number of pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and high levels of additional needs. This role requires a highly skilled, experienced Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo), who can operate as a strategic leader and member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring that inclusive practice is embedded across the school and that all pupils with SEND achieve strong outcomes.

The successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS disclosure and appointment will be subject to receipt of suitable references, qualifications and identity checks.
