Cleaner (Maternity Cover)
Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company, St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Worcester. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our cleaning team for a fixed‑term maternity cover.
Key Information
- Salary: SCP 3 – £12.85 per hour
- Schedule: 5 days, 15 hours per week over 39 weeks (TTO + Training Days)
- Start as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Observe Health and Safety legislation and undertake required training and development programmes.
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for staff, students and visitors.
- Work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a professional attitude.
- Promote good practice and support the school's vision to keep students and staff safe and encouraged.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience or willingness to undertake cleaning duties and be self‑motivated.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Support the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to provide proof of this.
- Undergo Enhanced Disclosure check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
