Behaviour Support Assistant
Christopher Whitehead Language College (CWLC) is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant effective 1 September 2026. This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week over five days, Monday to Thursday 8:00‑4:00 and Friday 8:00‑3:30, with a half‑hour lunch break. It is a term‑time only role plus five teacher education days (TEDs). The salary is SC4 points 7 to 11, £23,191‑£24,719 full‑time equivalent £26,403‑£28,142 per annum, pay award pending.
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the pastoral team to ensure the First Response system works.
- Analyse data, bring it to life and implement individual plans in collaboration with parents and students.
- Ensure systems work to improve the learning and life chances of our students.
