Worcestershire County Council is seeking an Assistant Countryside Sites Officer. This is a key post within a team responsible for managing a range of popular Country Parks, Picnic Places and Local Nature Reserves throughout south and west Worcestershire.
The role involves:
- Ensuring that sites are kept clean, tidy and in a good state of repair.
- Managing volunteers.
- Carrying out habitat creation and enhancement projects.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with people and a naturally friendly and positive attitude.
- Good practical skills.
- A driving licence.
- Experience of countryside estate work.
