Cranstoun Worcestershire provides a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. As part of the administration team, you will be the first point of contact, dealing with people who use our services in a non‑judgmental, open and honest manner, helping them feel comfortable accessing our service.

Your responsibilities include providing effective administrative support to the Worcestershire service, including prescribing administration. Experience of prescribing is not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and informative front‑of‑house and telephone service.
  • Provide accurate data entry and maintain our case management system.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to manage day‑to‑day workload within agreed deadlines.
  • Support additional service hours on a rota basis, including early and late shifts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to enhanced DBS Disclosure requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong written and computing skills; confident use of Microsoft programs and a case management system.
  • Organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a willingness to transfer skills across areas.
Working Hours & Conditions

Core hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Additional hours may be required on some days between 8am – 9am and 5pm – 8pm, on a rota basis. Part‑time/Job Share applicants will be considered. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
