Responsibilities
- Provide tailored, flexible one‑to‑one support to NEET/unemployed young people aged 16‑18.
- Manage a NEET & Not Known caseload and support young people into Education, Employment, Training or apprenticeships.
- Conduct home visits and liaison with parents and carers of young people.
- Provide support during duty and drop‑in sessions from our designated centre in Wolverhampton.
- Work in community settings and youth‑focused environments to identify young people who need support transitioning into their next stage of their career.
