Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Maths who can deliver lessons to a professional standard and who understands effective student learning through challenging, high-quality and exciting teaching methods. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in a school that values academic excellence and holistic development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons.
  • Employ a range of teaching methods to support diverse learners.
  • Assess student progress and plan interventions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the school.
  • Take part in safeguarding procedures and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent maths teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching secondary mathematics, or recent completion of education.
  • A commitment to professional development and improving student achievement.
  • Suitable for ECTs.

Recruitment Process

Applying requires completion of all pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred List verification, identity checks, online checks and verification of qualifications and references. All offers are subject to satisfactory outcomes of these checks.
