The predicted salary is between 36363 - 40777 Β£ per year.

Salary: Β£36,363 – Β£40,777 (Grade 6)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Full time, secondment for at least 10 months with possible further extension

Work Style: Flexible (base location can be home or any council office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and configuration work linked to the Education solution, working alongside stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
  • Assist with BAU activities for ONE and other social care/education systems, including system administration, upgrades, maintenance, and user support.
  • Help ensure that systems remain accurate, reliable, and meet the needs of colleagues and service users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across systems, processes, and integrations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with the EMIS solution or a system development role is highly desirable.
