Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and configuration work linked to the Education solution, working alongside stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
- Assist with BAU activities for ONE and other social care/education systems, including system administration, upgrades, maintenance, and user support.
- Help ensure that systems remain accurate, reliable, and meet the needs of colleagues and service users.
- Contribute to continuous improvements across systems, processes, and integrations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the EMIS solution or a system development role is highly desirable.
