The predicted salary is between 44075 - 49282 £ per year.

We are looking for people‑focused HR professionals to support our People Services Leadership Team and provide high‑quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of generic HR matters including discipline, grievance, performance management, recruitment, restructuring, TUPE, sickness absence and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Respond to and resolve complex queries that require expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Ensure that advice adheres to employment law, HR policies, processes and business needs in a timely manner.
  • Manage a diverse programme of complex cases, e.g. disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance management.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to managers in the delivery of restructures.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings with managers and their employees on difficult and sensitive subjects, including employee health issues, dismissals and restructures.

Qualifications

The successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of employment law and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
