The Role: School Receptionist
Are you highly organised, proactive, and committed to supporting staff, students, parents and visitors at the highest level? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as School Receptionist – someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the importance of excellence both front-facing and behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy reception desk.
- Welcome and address all pupil, parent/carer and visitor enquiries in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer telephone enquiries, filtering calls, passing the enquiry to an appropriate member of staff, or dealing directly with requests for information.
- Provide a high standard of customer service in all dealings with stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support across the Academy.
Salary: NJC Grade 3 Points 4-6 – £25,185 – £25,969 (FTE)
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Weeks: TTO
Contract: Permanent
