The Royal School, Wolverhampton is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and innovative School Business Manager to join this heavily oversubscribed day and boarding free school.
Responsibilities:
- Take operational responsibility for a broad portfolio of non-teaching functions, including finance operations, human resources, estates and facilities, health and safety, procurement, data protection and key external contracts (e.g. IT and catering).
- Work closely with the Principal/CEO, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the executive leaders of the school to ensure that business operations are efficient, compliant and aligned with the Trust’s strategic priorities.
- Enable leaders and teachers to focus on the quality of education and pupil outcomes by managing and improving business support services.
- Line manage a portfolio of the School’s allocated support teams and act as the School’s lead for data protection and compliance.
