We are looking to recruit to our new Relief Water Assistant post, joining our Swim Academy Team based at Codsall Leisure Centre as part of South Staffordshire Swim Academy.
You should have a passion for swimming as you will be required to assist and deliver safe, fun and effective lessons to children from 4yrs to adults (where appropriately qualified) following the STA International Learn to Swim programme, under the supervision of a qualified Swim Teacher. You must have good communication skills with an ability to work with children from 4yrs through to adult learners.
Hours of work will be on an as and when required basis including late afternoon/evenings and weekends.

- You must be a competent swimmer and be willing to hold STA Level 2 Safety Award for Teachers or NRASTC (RLSS). In-house training will be given for this if you do not currently hold either of these qualifications.
- Swim England Level 1 Swimming Assistant (Teaching) is acceptable for this post.
