We are seeking newly qualified social workers who are passionate about working with children and families within the court arena. The role involves working directly with children and families to ensure their voices are heard, needs are met, and best outcomes achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate to working directly with children and families to ensure their voices are heard and needs are met.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant legislation, social work models and theories.
  • Utilise analytical, assessment and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain excellent time management and IT skills.
  • Commit to working with colleagues to deliver evidence‑based approaches.
  • Work with partners and other agencies.

Qualifications

  • Social Work England registered.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to making a difference for children and families.
  • Capability to work within a court arena and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
