Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Wulfruna Partnership/Bantock Primary School requires an experienced, passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team.

33.75 hours per week. Fixed term contract for 1 year in the first instance.

Candidate who has

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies
• Experience of supporting pupils with SEND/EAL needs across different year groups
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive and nurturing approach
