We have an exciting opportunity for an Improvement Officer to join the Quality & Improvement Team. The role will help support the development of policies, procedures and protocols across Adult and Children’s Services to ensure the work of the Service is compliant with legislation and fit for purpose. The role will support in the implementation of quality assurance/practice improvement tasks and assist the service areas prior to, during and after inspection and regulatory activity.
The successful candidate will have a “can-do”, project focused approach, and have excellent organisation and verbal communication skills. You will be line managed by the Deputy Inspection Lead & Improvement Manager and work across Adults and Children’s Services.
