Christ Church Federation is seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to build on our successes and lead two thriving schools with a strong Christian ethos. Governors are looking for someone who can:

  • Champion the Federation’s vision and Christian ethos, embedding values of respect, love, kindness, honesty, perseverance, and friendship.
  • Deliver high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring excellent outcomes for all pupils, including SEND and disadvantaged groups.
  • Lead across two schools, building a strong sense of community and collaboration while maintaining a visible presence on both sites.
  • Drive school improvement, using data and evidence-based strategies to raise attainment and progress.
  • Model integrity and professionalism, acting as a role model for staff and pupils.
  • Empower and develop staff, prioritising well-being, succession planning, and professional growth.
  • Manage resources effectively, including strategic financial planning and budget control.
  • Engage stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships with governors, parents, the local parish, the Diocese, and external agencies.
  • Ensure safeguarding and inclusion, creating a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
  • Articulate and share a clear vision for the future, inspiring confidence and optimism.
