Salary: £26,403 - £28,142 (Grade 4)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week or 22.2 hours per week

Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for two part‑time Curriculum Administrators to join our dedicated Data Team at Adult Education Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Use large MIS systems to manage data and produce reports.
- Handle large amounts of personal data in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Support Curriculum staff and students throughout the enrolment process.
- Demonstrate strong data handling and entry skills and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and external customers.
- Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
- Work accurately against deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Support evening and Saturday enrolment events as required.
Requirements
- Business administration qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Level 2 ICT qualification.
- Experience using large MIS systems and handling extensive data sets.
- Experience of educational data and supporting Curriculum staff and students preferable.
- Good understanding of data handling, entry and customer service.
- Knowledge and experience of adult learning, funding and monitoring preferred.
